April 25, 2010 Red Sox 7, Orioles 2

Two outs turn into runs for the Sox in their half of the first inning, when after the Orioles took an early 2-0 lead the score is evened up on sacrafice flies for J. D. Drew and Kevin Youkilis. The team was helped along by the wildness of Orioles starter David Hernandez, who walked 8 batters, along with Drew and Victor Martinez each knocking 2-run homeruns out of the park. Wake stays sharp after that first inning, with Baltimore not scoring again the remainder of the game and Jonathan Papelbon finishing up in the non-save situation as the Sox complete the series sweep.

We will see these same Orioles again in five days in Baltimore with a stop in Toronto in between.
