April 24, 2010 Phillies 6, Diamondbacks 3 (13)

Jayson Werth's 2-run homerun and an RBI single for pitcher Nelson Figueroa give the Phillies a 3-0 lead in the 4th inning. It could have been 4-0, but Carlos Ruiz was thrown out at home trying to also score on Figueroa's single, which ended the inning. That came back to bite me in the ass when Arizona gets 2 in the bottom of the 4th and another run in the 6th to tie the game, 3-all. It was quiet from that point until the Phillie 13th inning, when Ryan Howard walks, Werth gets a single and Raul Ibanez launches a 3-run smash over the fence for the 6-3 lead. The lead holds as Danys Baez holds the Diamondbacks scoreless in their half of the 13th for his first save in almost three years.
