May 29, 2010 Red Sox 5, Royals 2




The hits are even at nine apiece, but the Sox get five of theirs consecutively in the 2nd inning to account for four runs off of Zach Greinke, who goes the distance in the complete game loss. Billy Butler waited until the last minute, but does get a hit in the 8th inning to extend his hitting streak to 27 games.
