| Not involving a no-hitter or the Sox or Phils, but I thought this one deserved a mention anyway. A dramatic comeback for the Blue Jays, as a 6-1 lead for Arizona entering the 9th inning evaportaes when Fred Lewis drives a 2-run homerun to tie the game and complete a 5 run comeback for Toronto. Lewis comes through again in the 11th with an RBI single to give Toronto the 7-6 lead, but the two comebacks are both for naught when Stephen Drew (J. D.'s brother) drives a triple to the outfield wall in the bottom of the 11th to score two and give the D'Backs the walk-off win in a thriller. |
