John Lackey shows that maybe his shutout last start was just a fluke as he goes back to his suckass ways letting the Orioles score all six runs on his watch. Brian Matusz goes the 125 pitch effort for Baltimore for the complete game win. After getting thrown out at home to end last game, catcher Craig Tatum makes up for that with a 4 for 4 day today including being the back part of a second-home double steal with Scott Moore.

Brian Matusz pitched a complete game as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the
Boston Red Sox by a score of 6 to 2 at Camden Yards.
 
Baltimore scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning when they came up with
4 base hits.  They would prove to be the difference in the contest.
Baltimore banged out 12 hits on the afternoon.  
 
Matusz(2-4) allowed 2 runs on the game. The loss was charged to John
Lackey(4-3).  He got hammered, allowing 9 hits and 2 walks in 5 and 1/3
